May the meditation continue to nourish you.

As if you are sitting in the Himalayas and very fresh prana is assisting your evolution.

And as you are sitting in this heightened state of awareness, ask that the Holy Grail descends once again in you.

To illuminate your crown and to dissolve remaining knots in your energy system.

Gently!

May you always be able to remember this process so you can go back to it.

Very gentle dissolving of obstructions.

Your body is your golden chariot as you move into illumination.

No pushing. Just allowing. Surrendering.

The avatars of evolution are with you.

Your physical body is becoming a light body and your light body is transforming itself into a cosmic body.

Every so often touch down on Earth, your mothership.

And with gratitude in your heart, trust that this process now takes care of itself.

And relax, as deep as you can.

Zeer zachtjes laten oplossen van wat in de weg zit.

Je lichaam is je gouden voertuig terwijl je je beweegt naar verlichting toe.

Niet duwen. Gewoon toelaten. Jezelf overgeven.

De avatars van evolutie zijn bij jou.

Jouw fysisch lichaam wordt een lichtlichaam en je lichtlichaam transformeert zich in een kosmisch lichaam.

Af en toe ga diep de Aarde binnen, jouw moederschip.

En met dankbaarheid in je hart, vertrouw erop dat nu dit proces verder voor zichzelf zorgt.

En ontspan, zo diep als je kan.
