Ep 16 - Barriers exist but we will overcome them ft Oden Croal

Oden and Alicia crossed paths whilst they were both employers at an advertising agency. They connected on the basis that they were both one of the only black Caribbeans from South London within their agency. They found that they could connect on similar challenges and experiences and developed a way to support one another. Oden started off in a career in marketing and transitioned into a career in new business is now an Associate Business Director at a leading advertising agency.
