Episode 47 - Why Don’t Men Show Their Own Emotions

There is still such a huge stigma behind a man crying or being "too emotional". This leads to the majority of men not knowing how to understand their own emotions or the emotions of the people around them. As an emotional and empathetic man, I find it sad to see other men being called "weak" or "too feminine" for expressing how they feel. I know I may be seen as weak or unorthodox for speaking upon this unpopular opinion, but I stand by it firmly. As a human being, you are allowed to express ALL emotions there are. Simple as that.
