Futurized - thought leadership on the future
Technology
Jennifer Byrne (@jenniferabyrne1), CEO of Arrived Workforce Connections, is futurist Trond Arne Undheim's (@trondau) guest in episode 111 of the Futurized (@Futurized2) podcast, the topic is: How to Demystify Technology. In this conversation, they talk about the future of work, the increasing globalization of the workforce, and discuss whether everybody needs to be an engineer to be good in technology and navigating a non-traditional career.
Futurized goes beneath the trends to track the underlying forces of disruption in tech, policy, business models, social dynamics and the environment.
Trond's Takeaway
My takeaway is that [the future of work still has some surprises in store, but one remaining challenge is to motivate young people to tackle the fact that career and work questions are hard to pin down. What to study? How to study? How to rest? How to succeed? How to make the most of technology, as it changes, and becomes more complex?]
