He gives an inside scoop on a typical training week with the OAC team, and opens up on how gaining more professional experience has seen him improve from the days of his first Diamond League race. We also hear all the details on his World Championships & Commonwealth Games plans. Brett recovers from an illness, while Joel is back in the lab for his V02max testing.
