With the West Coast on fire, climate crisis litigation and recent filings have hit a second gear with the Connecticut Attorney General filing a lawsuit against Big Oil on September 14th.  Connecticut marks the 21st state and/or municipality seeking redress against Big Oil for climate change.  We detail the strategies and status of the litigation here.
