Our words are powerful! That we know and they could shape our atmosphere into something positive or something negative. The same way it can shape the state of our bodies. God designed our bodies in such a beautiful way that the body can respond to the words spoken to it. We can shape our health with our words too.

The bible says in Provers 18:21 AMPC Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it and indulge it will eat its fruit and bear the consequences of their words.

ERV - The tongue can speak words that bring life or death. Those who love to talk must be ready to accept what it brings.

MSG - Words kill, words give life; they’re either poison or fruit—you choose.
