Summary of our recent interview with Dr. Feb Idahosa.
Original Podcast Intro below.
What a fantastic and inspiring episode! Today we talk with Dr. Feb Idahosa, President of Benson Idahosa University, about driving change through leadership and education to inspire the next generation of Nigerian leaders.
Feb shares his thoughts on the benefits of finding a mentor to help guide you through your leadership journey and that by finding someone who has already 'climbed the mountain' will really help you get to where you want to go and accomplish more. We go on to discuss mindset and the importance of having the right one, we loved an analogy he shared with us 'having a poor mindset is like having a flat tyre, you're not going anywhere until you change it!'.
Lastly, we go on to discuss Feb's plans for the future to help inspire the upcoming generation of young Nigerians through leadership and education and his hugely ambitious plans of creating and building a truly sustainable city in Nigeria - no small goal!
A very powerful and inspiring episode - big thank you to Feb - enjoy everyone!
