Violent crime was up last year in Chatham-Kent according to a new report from the local police service, Prime Minister Mark Carney unveiled his cabinet this morning at Rideau Hall and it includes some first-time ministers alongside some veterans, and the Ontario government wants to make its gas tax cut permanent.
