E148 - If the driver is distracted then any accident could be argued an on-purpose

Should we increase fines for distracted driving or install more red light cameras and take the revenue to improve intersection safety? That is the argument we discuss after reading an article suggesting more red light cameras makes cities safer. Some people should not start off a phone conversation with the “hey, it’s me”. Why were you speeding sir? I was trying to get home after spending time with my mistress. And the regular guy should be off on holidays. All that and more on the Driving You Crazy Podcast.
