Again I did no prep for this podcast Brian turned up at the door and we just let it rock, so you really do get a raw interview, and I’ve learnt this is my style so excuse any gremlins during the recording.

I learnt a lot about long distance racing from listening to this so my advice would be to lay back and enjoy this podcast with no distractions.
