They offer opportunities to inform, heal and promote a healthy lifestyle for First Responders. In this episode I speak with Amanda Coleman, Executive Director and Founder of "Irish Angel", who provides a wealth of information on what we need to do to care for those that care for us. I caught up with Amanda at "Police Week" this past May 2022, and she graciously agreed to come on to the show to speak with us.
