My Saturday Dhamma talk and our sangha discussion continue our structured study of the Dhammapada. The class chapter is the Appamadavagga.
The Appamadavagga and teaches the importance of Right Mindfulness and of knowing what to hold in mind and what to recognize as fabricated and abandon.

Dhammapada – Concise Dhamma Instruction
Each Dhamma class will have a Jhana meditation session followed by my Dhamma talk and Sangha discussion. We conclude with mindfulness of Metta.
