Recently, in a grocery store, I watched someone put their cart neatly, and with the best of intentions, away, however, they put it in the wrong place. Regardless of the quality of their intentions, their actions led to nothing. Where in our lives, where with our clients, may we be making the same mistake? We may have the best of intentions, maybe we can create the best single workouts, but, are our intentions, are our workouts leading to big picture progress?
