Maldron Hotel Oranmore goes on market for €13m

The Maldron Hotel in Oranmore is being offered for sale with a price tag of €13m. 

It's billed as an investment opportunity, and is being offered subject to existing occupational lease. 

The current upward only annual rent is €900 thousand. 

The hotel opened in 1998 and currently has 113 bedrooms, along with conference facilities and leisure centre with swimming pool.
