I made a training blunder! I put too many days in a row without recovery. In this episode, I walk you through what I did, why I shouldn't have done it, and how to move forward and make sure I don't do it again by looking at metrics and listening to my body. Learn from my mistakes, and if you're making the same mistakes, fix them. I also answer a listener question about determining Max Heart Rate value on your own.
