A Quick Chat with Denny Gulvas
This week, World Champion Turkey Caller, Denny Gulvas joins Cameron and Andy to talk turkey talk.
Not only is Denny an award winning turkey caller, but he is a student of wild turkeys and their conversations. Denny does not believe wild turkeys call just to call to locate each other or alert each other to danger. He believes there is much more to the calling of wild turkeys.
In this interview Denny shares his thoughts about how turkeys communicate as well as a little clip of one of his "hunts." I use the word hunt loosely because Denny only hunts with a camera and microphone. He has amassed hundreds of hours of video and audio of wild turkeys, and he is a master of the language of turkeys.
