Two years later he went to college in California, became an American citizen, worked in China (learning his 4th language) and settled in California, only to see the state becoming overwhelmed by bad laws and ineffective leaders. Which is why half a million Californians left, and many major businesses have , too. It's a wake-up call for the former Golden State that lost a Congressional seat due to population loss over the last couple of years!
