Our good boys and girls of the SGC want to study a mysterious piece of technology given to a group of people on a new planet they've come into contact with. Basically, it's a magical gem that controls the weather. However, when they return to ask permission to study it, it's already gone! Who could possibly have taken it? Yeah, it's America. But the bad Americans, not the good ones in the military.
