Meet Carmen, she is 57 years old and has been a part of gym for 10 years. Carmen shares her experiences at Save Our Streets Ministries as the assistant director. She has been serving there for 26 years. She shares a lot of hope and light in this podcast along with some of her health struggles she faced 30 years ago.
