In this episode, I have on my great friend Josh Pierce to talk about the state of mental health today and how it has affected our lives in a major way. 

Josh gets into what he has gone through with the loss of his brother Tyler and how he copes with it on a daily basis. 

I also for the first time on this podcast talk about my past drug addiction that led me down a path of depression and finally a failed suicide attempt that landed me in the ICU for 2 days. 

This is truly a powerful podcast that needs to be heard and needs to be shared.
