I was a buddhist monk for 16 years, in the Thai Forest Tradition. Natthiko was the name given to me when I became a monk, in 1992. It means "One who grows in wisdom". It remains my aspiration. Now I am a public speaker and a meditation teacher, in Sweden and abroad. I use Soundcloud primarily to share my guided meditations, in both Swedish and English.
