Pain and Anxiety Lessening Meditation

Hi. I'm recording this today, post arthroscopic surgery and not on any pain meds, to share my tools on how to deal with physical pain. You can also use this to lessen anxiety or emotional pain. The technique is the same. Thanks for listening and supporting. Enjoy!
