Women in Construction

One of the biggest growth areas for the construction industry is women. Now you many not typically picture women construction workers but the good news is the percentage is growing. In fact, it's at the largest level on record! There still is a lot of work to do to grow their involvement. Fortunately there are several very positive forces growing these opportunities. PWB (Proffesional Women in Building) has chapters around the country and is doing great things.
