for vulnerable people, especially children, in Uganda. The Site for Community Services
Programme (SCOSP) integrates education, health care, and human rights advocacy. Our special

1. Mr. Sabiiti (Michael, if I may), as its founder, you have lived the history of your organization. How did it begin?
2. What is the legal status of an approved Non-Governmental Agency (NGO)?
3. SCOSP has a distinctive outreach program to serve albino children. Could you please explain for us the position of albino people in Uganda?
4. How has COVID-19 impacted your work?
5. What has your experience been with refugees from the strife in Congo?

7. In addition to your service commitment, you help organize safaris. What does this involve, and why are safaris important for Uganda?
