18. What to do when you're ready to start outsourcing

I was ready to start outsourcing way before I actually decided to go for it. The experience was way better than I imagined, and I started moving my business forward much faster. It's normal for us to have reservations when we haven't hired anyone before. Will the person I hire understand what I'm looking for? What do I even look out for, and what does the process of hiring someone even look like?
