Welcome to Love & Life After Divorce. In this first episode, you will learn the story behind why I began this podcast. I have been on a long & winding journey of healing after a difficult marriage and traumatic divorce.  I am now in a healthy, happy, loving relationship, and the only reason I have found this love is because I learned to love myself first.  My mission is help support women who have experienced things like shame, trauma, isolation, feeling of loss and failure and so many other difficult feeling that happen after divorce. I am hoping that this podcast provides support, community, hope, joy and laughter. I want to empower the women in my community to live and love in a joyful way.
