2: My Story (What I’ve Learned, & How I can Help YOU)

Today I share my “journey” through podiatric medical school, PA school, and working as a PA.  I’ll explain how I “self-educated” about fasting and low-carb nutrition, and how I’ve put that knowledge into practice in my own life.  I'll provide a detailed description of my experiences along the way, what I learned, and how it prepared me to be able to help YOU improve your health.
