My mom, grief, and lots of feelings

Hi friends! I'm back - and I'm sad. My mom passed away in August, and I've been trying to find the words to say and the energy to say it all. If you are going through a sad time - or know anyone who is - maybe you'll relate to some of what I'm feeling right now... there are a lot of feelings, that's for sure! Before I'm back with another normal interview-style episode next week, I just wanted to share a bit of what I'm going through, and how I'm getting through it - or at least attempting to.
