Education:Self-Improvement
In case you didn’t know, COVID-19 has created a severe global supply chain crisis and I’ve been struggling not to think about what this could mean for all of us.
Massive cargo ship congestion and a lack of workers (among other things) have caused disruptions that are driving up prices and leading to a shortage of goods. We’re already seeing problems in grocery stores and the restaurant industry.
Analysts have warned that these supply chain disruptions are likely to get worse before they get better.
And BTW, I’m certainly not trying to scare you. That’s not my intention here. In fact, today, I want to openly discuss these issues, and help you prepare, without becoming paranoid.
In this short episode, I explain what I’ve been doing to plan ahead, including actionable steps you can take and resources you can use to be ready for a worst case scenario.
I also want to reiterate that preparation isn’t about becoming paranoid. It’s about knowing that you’ll be ready for what comes, rather than worrying about what might be.
