#20 - Do the stories you tell yourself (and others) keep you small?

This week I talk about the stories we tell ourselves (and others) and how they could be damaging you instead of healing you. I share my recent eye-opening moment of realizing that I've fallen into the trap of only communicating the sad parts of my life, thinking that it was the only way people would be able to connect and relate to me. I've come to understand that being authentic isn't only about sharing the pain; it's about inviting people into your powerful transformation as well. Talking only about my sadness keeps me stuck and discredits all my growth. Maybe you do this in your life with the stories you share or the ROLES you play. Remember, you don't have to keep yourself small (or sad) to be loved and valued. It's time to learn how to step into your NEW story. WALK AS YOU LISTEN!
