308: Routine, Energetics, Integration

Going into the new year, there’s a huge influx of programs, courses, and routines being pushed to us from the media and the coaching industry. When there’s a big transition into a brand new year, we often want to change ourselves, our lives, and our business. Julianne has been feeling a lot of this energy lately and feeling it more from her own inner call rather than from something from the outside.
