This is the Way! Now with extra salt!
Steve didn't care for this episode, not for one or two cosmetic issues, but for some real problems that even if fixed might only stick out more. The easter egg colored bikes might fit in the world George Lucas built, but they don't fit in on Tatooine. Neither does the poor fighting of a fearsome wookiee said to be a prized fighter. Nor do Hutts make sense slithering away without a threat. I'd bring up how slow the street chase was, but a certain film had one even worse.
If you liked the episode, please, continue to like it for whatever reason you choose. If, however, you choose to argue your point about how great it is to someone who doesn't, be prepared to lose that argument. If you try to bully or make fun of someone, even on the hellscape that is Twitter, you become the toxic fan you pretend you hate.
Podcasters are allowed to review and critique. So are you, but you can't claim that liking everything you see makes you the real fan. I'm quite sure my fandom runs very deep, so if you choose to listen, you have no choice but to accept that. You can still disagree and you might even make a great case. You don't get to claim the high ground. No more than our podcast does.
