My guest today is Jason Duncan, The Real Jason Duncan (to say it in a James Bond-style). He started his professional career as a pastor, and then he worked as a school teacher for some time. But about 11 years ago, he became an accidental entrepreneur, as he likes to put it. 

After losing his job in school due to the recession, he started selling LED lighting and built a multimillion-dollar business in a relatively short period. However, he didn’t want to be the guy in the office who does that every single day, so he started wondering how to get out of that. 

And not only that he managed to get out of his business without selling it, but he started teaching other entrepreneurs how to do the same thing. 

Now, Jason works with entrepreneurs to develop systems and processes to scale so they can live what he calls “The Exit Lifestyle,” having complete control over their time and choices on a daily basis as opposed to being in the weeds of business operations every day.
