A: Good afternoon. What can I do for you?下午好，我能为您做些什么呢？

B: I'd like to check in please. I have a reservation under the name Anthoy Roberts.我想要办理登记入住手续，我用安东尼 罗伯茨名字做了预订。

A: All right. R.O.B.E.R.T.S...Oh, Mr Roberts, we've been expecting you...and here is your key card to the presidential suite. 好的。R.O.B.E.R.T.S.找到了。罗伯兹先生，我们一直期盼您的到来。这是您总统套房的门卡。

B: But there must be some mistake. My reservation was for a standard room.这一定是弄错啦，我预定的是标间。

Nots:

check in表示“登记入住”或“办理登机手续”。

under the name of...表示“以...的名义”，比如：Please reserve a single room under the name of Mr. Lin.请以林先生的名义定一间单人房。

double check表示“仔细检查；再次确认”类似的表达还有"go over/through"比如："Here's some things to double check."以下是需要仔细检查的东西。

"overbook"表示“超额订出”，作动词。"overbooked"表示“超额订出的”，做形容词。它也是overbook的动词过去式和过去分词。比如“The hotel was overbooked.”这家酒店已经超员预订。亦可以说:"The hotel has been overbooked."

complimentary表示“免费赠送的”，“赞美的；恭维的”等。比如：We'll offer tour guides complimentary breakfast.我们给导游们提供免费的早餐。She was extremely complimentary about his work.她对他的工作给予了高度评价。

offer sb sth=offer sth to sb表示“给某人提供某物”。We offer our customers variuos of complimentary snacks.我们给顾客提供各种免费点心。

upgrade表示“升级”，“提升，提拔”等。比如："Congratulations, I heard you've been upgraded to divisional manager."恭喜你啊，听说你被提升为部门经理了。"The upgrade to version 5.0 costs $395."升级到5.0版本要花费395美元。
