Eye-to-eye contact is a whole different level than voice. When you can see someone’s face, you are able to see their reaction to things and see how they are delivering a message. It is a much better communication style than just listening to somebody talk. You can hear but you cannot see; now you get to hear as well as see the entire experience as opposed to questions or just responses.
