How Perfectionism Hold You Back From Achieving Your Goals - EP186
I’m going to let you in on a little secret. People are not paying as much attention to you as you think they are. I don’t say this to mean that you don’t have a great impact on people, but we often hold ourselves back because we think people will notice we aren’t perfect.
You might not launch your business because your site isn’t perfect, or not go to the gym because your outfit doesn’t match. Hint: nobody cares.
It’s taken me a long time to realize this, so on this episode of Destined to Be, I discuss some of those problematic ways of thinking that hold us back.
Oftentimes, we just need to become aware of our negative energy, how we’re acting and responding to things, and then we are able to move out of that headspace quicker.
Listen in as I go through the things that typically hold us back and what you can do to make sure you are empowered to live your best life.
