That Thing Stopping You from the Gym!

Hello and welcome to MY FIRST ever podcast episode. OMFG! Also yes, there is explicit swearing in this pod - whoops. Sorry about it. In today's pod, I chat to you about all the things that stopped me from going to the gym and the ways I over came  them. These 6 points were: 
1. You have no idea what to do. 
2. You have gym anxiety.
3. You are not confident to go because of body image struggles. 
4. You do not have enough time. 
5. You are not interested in the gym. 
6. You are too tired.
