There were several Seahawks free agents announcing their return to Seattle on the first day of free agency. Most notable was the signing of Quandre Diggs who will be an important part of maintaining the culture on defense. Russ is gone. Blame it on the Shane? No, blame it on Russ. Clinton talks about some of the tea-leaves that should have been a clue that Russ was maneuvering to exit stage left.
