Happy Women's History Month! As we close out our Black Girl Magic Edition of the Core 4 Podcast, Jessica interviews Dr. Ijeoma Nwankpa, PT, DPT. Dr. Ijeoma is helping black mamas as they navigate the transitions of pregnancy and postpartum. She even gracefully shares her own experiences as a pregnant mom having to advocate for her health equity.
Dr. Ijeoma has her own practice, COPE PT, located in north Dallas, TX. She serves folks as a pelvic physical therapist, lymphedema therapist, oncological therapist, and sexual health counselor. Please follow her on IG @dr_pelvicbella and email info@copept.com with any questions.
