They call the roasted rice blend manoomin cha (wild rice tea).
Canada’s Version of Genmaicha with an Indigenous Twist – In Japan, it’s called genmaicha; in Korea, hyeonmi-cha. Canada’s version of tea blended with Canadian wild rice is called manoomin cha.
