I get the majority of my enquires through email. I always get asked about my prices. My question is should I be revealing my prices in my response or not? Sometimes I think this puts people off. Perhaps it's best to get them booked in for a consultation first before revealing the cost?
Trying to think of a more professional way of going about client off boarding (when clients leave), at the moment I don’t do anything but want to put some sort of leavers survey or leavers process together
"I am currently doing lead gen in times I don't want to fill (i.e. 6pm and 7pm) due to being at full capacity. So even if I do bring these people into my business in the future, they will not be free to train at my scheduled 1-2-1 slots during the day.
I am also going outside of my set schedule/time management boundaries to train 1-2-1 clients and don't like it... The only solution I can think of is to transition these clients onto a different service, but not sure it's right for them atm. Any ideas on how to manage both of these issues? Thanks"
One of my online clients has 'disapeared'. She's not responding to any messages (5 unopened now). She hasn't completed any workouts on true coach etc but her DD is still going out. What would you suggest I do?
What are your thoughts on mentoring other coaches to not only give back but to also level you up as a coach? I've heard some top bjj guys talk about the fact that teaching brings on their own bjj game. Thinking this could do the same in this space too. Thoughts?
I'm going away in July for 3 weeks. I am thinking of a few options for my clients. Pausing and Online coaching and options. What's your thought on having another PT in the gym help some clients? Especially those who struggle with accountability? Part of me fears that the PT will "steal" my clients, but also I know that having a PT there might be the best thing for some of my clients.
Pondering how to better 'drip feed' new clients relevant information regarding nutrition, training etc to help them with knowledge and reduce chances of overwhelm and/or them not picking up on important info. Email series? Videos etc via Stridist or the like?
"How long would you start marketing for a summer launch for something like a 8 weeks summer shred ? From start to finish
Start (pre launch ) > Finish (programme start date). Any other tips or does and don’t is appropriated."
