What was something on your childhood wishlist that you're still kind of mad that you never got?

Thank you to Steve for sharing this recipe with me. Anything with caramel usually gets my attention! These bars will satisfy the most discerning sweets lovers and it requires minimal hands on time that earns you a full tray of shareable, medicated treats for your efforts.
