151| I Hope You're Embarrassed

Nichole shares what one of her dear mentors shared with her when she was being hard on herself when reflecting on a previous version of her progress. Her mentor talks about the thought, "I hope you're embarrassed" when looking back at anything you've done and it means that you've made progress and have grown since that time.

This has allowed Nichole to give herself grace and reflect back on who she used to be with a new lens instead of being so hard on her past self.
