Erika: "When you feel like you've pushed as hard as you can with output, think about input, like what are you reading, what are you listening to, how are you getting new ideas so you're not just banging your head against a brick wall again and again and again."
Erika: "Do I need to change my perspective or do I need to change my environment? And if I can't change either of those things meaningfully, then I just know it's out of my control and I just need to take care of myself."
