In series 2 so far, I’ve been chatting with some very lovely and inspiring people who bring nutrition to life, and they’ve shared some fantastic tips. What’s the best thing to eat in the morning?
Is it really the most important meal of the day?
What if you don’t feel hungry? Or feel sick?
What about skipping breakfast as part of a fasting programme?
There are many answers to these questions, and ultimately you need to figure out what works best for you. But hopefully these guidelines will help you with that.
