We’ve all been there in real estate. Confident about our pricing, listing looks great, but it’s crickets. In this episode, we dissect what to do when your listing is not selling. Specifically, we examine price reductions, conversational hacks when dealing with delicate situations, and marketing. We kick it off by understanding how to suggest a price reduction and how we can prepare both our sellers and ourselves for this conversation.
