I wanted to provide some blank scales for practicing on the go!
There are several different patterns or scales that you can use.
Feel free to apply various exercises to whichever scale you like!
I'll share my exact workout with these scales in an upcoming episode.
As with all the technique episodes on the podcast, you must be aware of any strain or tension in your voice / throat. You should never feel any pushing, pinching or strain at all! These exercises should be easy and gentle.
I've included quite a big range of notes. If it goes too high or too low just skip the notes that take you too far. Don't push to reach outside of your limitations.
For lower voices you'll want to follow along but sing the octave down from the start note or jump in wherever feels most comfortable.
