DK Metcalf remains with the Seahawks on a 3-year contract extension

When the Seahawks traded Russell Wilson in the offseason and released Bobby Wagner, there was a concern over who might be next to go. DK Metcalf was a name mentioned as a potential trade chip to continue to stock future draft picks. However, the draft came and went. Months later, Metcalf is under a long-term extension (that we may wish were longer) and he gets to be recognized as the receiver with the biggest guaranteed signing bonus.
