In this episode, I continue the journey of sharing more about the 5 Practices of Freedom. Today’s episode focuses on the second practice: Non-judgement and Awareness. I’ll be speaking to how cultivating a relationship with yourself that is full of pause, witnessing and non-judgement can create a safe inner ecosystem and can support you to choose more liberating and aligned action. I’ll share my own first-person story of how non-judgement allowed me to move through the Dominant Dogma of the Christian Church, as well as how this practice can free you, even in the small daily moments where you navigate inner shame dialogue. I also leave you with a few journal prompts to ground this practice and empower you to bring it into your own life.
